KG Series Helical-Bevel Gearmotors
The KG series combines high efficiency and reliability, low maintenance costs and a wide torque range. The rectangular arrangement between the INPUT and OUTPUT makes the KG series particularly compact. The combination of gearing makes this type of gearmotor the most efficient and durable in the Stroina portfolio, designed for light and medium operating conditions. The helical-bevel gearmotors are available in 9 housing sizes with nominal torques from 95 Nm to 13,500 Nm and power from 0.12 kW to 55 kW.

Compatible electric motors:
1. Compact motors SMB and SMR series (with and without brake), energy efficiency class IE3
2. IEC-standard motors (with and without brake, single and two-speed), energy efficiency classes IE3 and IE4
3. ATEX explosion-proof motors
Motor options:
• Thermal protection of windings: bimetallic thermostat and thermistor
• Independent ventilation (servo fan)
• Incremental encoder with complementary output
• Built-in electromagnetic brake
