When producing vegetable oil, the technology of mechanical pressing is used. But before that the raw material is subjected to preliminary moisture-heat treatment, which helps to achieve the required temperature and humidity. For this purpose, the oil shop installs equipment for moisture and heat treatment of seeds – roasters.
The roaster is designed for continuous round-the-clock operation with breaks only for maintenance, preventive, scheduled and unscheduled repair work.
